Attendance and Participation Policy

 

Perfect One Driving School Ltd.

All students enrolled at Perfect One Driving School Ltd. ,are required to attend and actively participate in both the classroom and in-cab components of the training program. Attendance is a critical component of successful course completion and regulatory compliance.

To be eligible to progress from the classroom portion to the in-cab training, students must achieve and maintain a minimum overall grade of 75% in the classroom component.

Students are permitted a maximum of three (3) days of absence throughout the total duration of the program. This includes absences resulting from illness, personal matters, or other circumstances.

  • Students who miss or fail to complete more than three (3) days of scheduled training may be subject to removal from the program at the discretion of Perfect One Driving School Ltd.
  • All missed, partial, or incomplete training hours will be formally documented on official student time sheets and retained for audit and reporting purposes.

 

Students are required to notify their instructor or the school administration in advance, or as soon as reasonably possible, if they will be absent from any scheduled classroom or in-cab training session. This notification is necessary to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance with training hour requirements.

Failure to adhere to this attendance policy may result in delayed progression, additional training requirements, or dismissal from the program, in accordance with school policies and applicable regulations.
